Shop with Fixed Price / Make Offer Functions

General

Scope: We sell objects on commission in our own name, but for the account of the
submitting party, whose identity will not be disclosed and is protected by Swedish auction secrecy law.

Acceptance of Registration

Buyers can register by creating an account with us and filling in their personal information manually.
Registration requires manual approval from our side.

All buyers are welcome. However, buyers who attempt to manipulate the website or place offers without
committing to finalize the purchase(s) will be blocked and banned.

If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, please do not use our services. If you have any
questions about our services or any doubts about how to use them, please contact us before proceeding.

Adding to Cart / Making Offers

Purchases and offers must be submitted through our website only. Pegasus Auctions AB cannot be held
responsible for any errors that may occur when using this service.

Pegasus Auctions AB reserves the right to make the final decision in all cases of doubt regarding the client.

All Add to Cart and Make Offer actions are considered voluntary.
Any person acting on his or her own behalf, or on behalf of a third party, shall be liable as guarantor
for completion of the sale.

Pegasus Auctions AB is entitled to refuse to accept orders if, when requested, adequate security or
sufficient payment on account has not been provided.

Invoicing & Payment

Currently, we cannot accept payments from the Russian Federation via bank transfer or credit card.

All fixed-price products include a buyer’s premium of 10%, which includes VAT on the premium.
All details are specified on the commercial invoice, which is available only in electronic format.

For foreign companies, specific VAT exemption rules apply (cf. Article 3). EU companies must register
a valid VAT number in order to benefit from VAT exemption.

VAT exemption does not apply to private buyers, who are treated as Swedish buyers for VAT purposes.

Foreign companies and customers from outside the EU do not pay VAT on shipping.

Payments must be received within 10 days from the date of purchase. In the case of unpaid
invoices, the client will be blocked and banned from using this website.

Payments can be made by credit card, bank transfer, or
cash in person. Please contact us in advance if you wish to pay in cash.
The maximum cash amount we can accept is the equivalent of €5,000 or approximately
SEK 55,000.

Returns

Online purchases made by private individuals are subject to Swedish consumer law, which provides a
14-day money-back guarantee on distance sales.

This does not apply to certified and slabbed coins by NGC or PCGS.

The purchaser is responsible for any costs related to the transport and return of the item(s).

If a purchaser wishes to make use of the money-back guarantee, Pegasus Auctions AB will refund the
payment after receiving the returned item(s).

Please note that the date on which accounts are credited or debited is subject to the policy of the
purchaser’s bank, credit card provider, PayPal, or other payment service.

Swedish and foreign companies are not subject to Swedish consumer law, as they are considered professionals.
