Guarantee & Shipping
We guarantee that the item you receive is the exact item shown in the pictures and is authentic,
unless otherwise stated in the product description.
If your item is not delivered, you will receive a full refund.
Please allow 1 to 5 working days for dispatch after cleared payment. During holiday or vacation periods,
dispatch may take longer. If this applies, a notice will be posted on our website in advance.
Shipping Methods with Tracking
We ship using FedEx Priority, UPS Express Saver, or
PostNord Registered. A shipping calculator for your destination is available on each product page.
Orders over €500 qualify for free shipping, whether for a single item or combined
shipping when multiple items are purchased in the same checkout.
Please note that express shipping via FedEx or UPS is not available for all destinations. In such cases,
your order will be shipped using PostNord registered letter or parcel service.
If you prefer a specific shipping method, please contact us in advance and we will confirm whether it is available
for your location.
Personal pickup or third-party collection is possible in Malmö or at coin shows. Please contact us in advance
if you would like to arrange collection.
If you request shipping without tracking, this can be arranged at the buyer’s full risk. In such cases,
we do not accept payment by credit card or PayPal.
Buyers outside the European Union are solely responsible for complying with local customs regulations and for paying
any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges that may apply.
Invoices are provided only in electronic format, sent by email and available in your order history.
We do not include printed invoices with shipments unless specifically requested.
If you require a specific declared value on your shipment, please contact us before dispatch.
All customers will receive their tracking number by email once the order has been shipped.

- European Union: approximately 1 to 2 working days (remote locations may take longer)
- USA / Canada: approximately 2 to 3 working days (remote locations may take longer)
- Asia: approximately 2 to 3 working days (remote locations may take longer)
- Rest of the world: up to 7 working days (remote locations may take longer)
Customs clearance may cause delays beyond our control.
Transit times may also become longer in the event of severe weather, natural disasters, or other transport
disruptions. In such cases, please check directly with the carrier for the latest estimated delivery time.
Please note that FedEx and UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

- European Union: approximately 3 to 15 working days (remote locations may take longer)
